How to get to Cantera Real and Casa Cuarcita

The drive from Monterrey
- 1Take Carretera Nacional (Mexico 85) heading south. You pass Santiago and Allende. About 80 km, between 1 h and 1 h 15 min without traffic.
- 2Follow your app all the way, but with the pin from this page. If on the last stretch it offers a dirt road with no gatehouse and no sign, that is not the entrance: go back to the highway and follow the directions to the pin.
- 3The entrance is the Cantera Real gatehouse, staffed 24 hours. It is the only way into the development.
Last gas station and stores: in Montemorelos, before you turn in. There are no shops inside the development. If you arrive at night, take it slow: the last stretch is poorly lit.

If you are checking in
Say you are going to Casa Cuarcita and give your name exactly as it appears on the Airbnb reservation. They will let you in and point you to the house.
If you are coming to see lots
Say you are here with Manuel Mendoza, from Espacio 54. If your visit is already confirmed, the gatehouse is expecting you.

Once inside
Casa Cuarcita faces the lake, on the upper side of the development. From the gatehouse follow the main road; the staff will point you if you need it. The details of the house (check-in time, access and tips) reach you through the Airbnb chat before you arrive.
