Guided visits with Espacio 54 on Saturdays. We leave San Pedro at 9:00 AM · arrive at Cantera Real 10:30 AM · walk the community, the lake, the trails and the lots available · finish 12:30 PM. Optional lunch in Montemorelos.

Gatehouse and common areas
Where you are met. We go over the building rules and the plans of the community.

The natural lake
Three kilometres of trails around it. A shared palapa. The lake feeds the whole valley's ecosystem.

Casa Cuarcita
Inside the house that was a finalist at Firenze 2024. Rammed earth, compressed earth block, cantera stone and wood. Designed by OMOS.

The lots available
We walk the lots that are for sale. Measurements, views, topography and how each one can be oriented.
